BSM Inc. provides metal fabrication services to Lebanon County, PA and the surrounding areas. BSM is currently owned and operated by the Breckbill family out of Myerstown, PA. BSM, Inc. was founded in 1988 by Rodney Breckbill, a farmer’s son with a strong work ethic and a background in project management across a variety of industrial trades.
How it all started
When the opportunity came to start his own business, Rodney took the leap and began fabricating steel in a one-room shop on his property in the small village of Buffalo Springs, just outside Schaefferstown, Pennsylvania.
That modest shop is where the name BSM — Buffalo Springs Manufacturing was born.
What started as a one-man operation steadily grew through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to quality. From those early days in Buffalo Springs, the business expanded into the facility we operate from today, located north of Myerstown, Pennsylvania.
Now, in 2026, BSM is proudly owned and operated by the Breckbill Family. Over the years, our team has fabricated and manufactured a wide range of steel structures and products for customers across many industries. While we continue to grow and expand our capabilities, we remain grounded in the principles this company was built on—doing honest work, building it right the first time, and standing behind every job to ensure our customers are fully satisfied.
